Self-fusing silicone tape(Ntp-cc 1000) has good ductility and H-class insulation protection. It can work for a long time at - 60 ℃ - 260 ℃, and the emergency overload temperature can reach 300 ℃. It conducts heat well, which is good for maximum heat dissipation of the cable joints .Self-fusing silicone tape(Ntp-cc 1000) has a shelf life of 5 years. It can realize complete self fusion in a short time without layering. It resists outdoor aging for 20 years.

Product Characteristics

1. It has aging resistance, ozone resistance and UV resistance ,which is similar to NTP-CC 1000.

2. It does well in flame resistance, which adheres to UL94-V0 standard.

Scope of application

1. It is used for insulation protection with high flame retardant requirements, and wraps cable joints and busbar of switch gear.

2. It is used to wrap the fireproof cable.

3. It is used for protection in harsh environments such as industry, mining and chemical industry.

4. It repairs cable insulation.

Usage

First stretch the tape,and than wrap 1 / 2 forward to form an extrusion effect. Note:a circle of complete overlapping winding is required at the starting and ending positions.
