Self curing insulation and waterproof package（NTP-CC 525） is specially designed for the 35KV insulation protection of cables, optical cables, overhead bare wires and exposed electrical connection points in lines. It is especially suitable for rapid repair operations. It can strengthen the insulation , make waterproof and repair the skin. It can be widely applied in various fields like civil power, communication systems and military supporting equipment. The product has various specifications. It is easily and conveniently to install, without special tools.Additionally,it is fit for different shapes of substrate and can be arbitrarily cut according to the needs during construction.

Product Characteristics

1. It becomes cured in air. The trace moisture makes it react rapidly.

2. This packaging is formed into a long shapes. It can operate in narrow space freely. All special-shaped substrates are applicable.

Scope of application

1. It can be used as local insulation to strengthen the waterproof sealing and insulation protection of overhead line clamp when the overhead bare wire is too close to buildings or trees and the electrical safety distance is insufficient, .

2. It provides the waterproof sealing on the exposed metal part of the electrical connection.

3. It can be applied to the top of post insulator as insulation to prevent short circuit caused by bird nesting.

4. It can prevent rust and corrosion of large oil pipelines, steel frames of bridges for a long time.

5. It can repair and insulate the partial overhead conductor.

6. It can repair slight damage of cable terminal.

7. It is applied to insulate and seal the exposed metal parts such as bus bar connection in the switch cubicle.

8. It can plug the cable entrance hole at the bottom of the switch cubicle

9. Other scenes requiring insulation strengthening, waterproof , moisture-proof, and skin damage repair.

Usage

1. Cut off the vacuum package and take out it.

2. Remove the isolation film on one side,wrap it on the object, and tear off the other film .

3. Roll up carefully, and the overlapping part needs to be 3-5cm

4. Spread and compact the product , and check whether there is any gap.
